How Terra Saga uses information to run your account and the game.
Information we use
Account email, login credentials, linked Game Accounts, characters and game progress. Website and server logs can include IP addresses, request times and security events.
Why we use it
To create and protect accounts, save game progress, send verification and recovery emails, handle support and investigate abuse.
Cookies & preferences
The portal uses a session cookie for sign-in and form protection. Your light/dark preference is stored in your browser. This design adds no advertising trackers and hosts its fonts locally.
Service providers
OVHcloud hosts the server. Cloudflare handles domain and email routing. Brevo sends account emails. Support mail can be forwarded to the Terra Saga Gmail inbox. These providers process the data needed for those services.
Storage, requests & contact
Contact support@terrasagaro.com about access, correction or deletion requests. Ownership must be verified before account changes.
Account and game records support operation and recovery of the beta. Some records may remain in protected backups or be retained to investigate abuse. Contact support to discuss your records or account closure.
